DELIVERIES

The order will be sent to the address that you gave us when you made the purchase.

Products with immediate availability: all those orders for which the products are available on our premises will leave within 24 or 48 hours and the courier company will make the delivery within 24 hours for the Iberian Peninsula. For Spain and Portugal we send the products through the transport company Seur. For other countries we send them by Correos, the postal service.

The purchasers are responsible for the information they provide when they place the order: if the address is not correct, Alarde Danza is not responsible in the event that it is not possible to deliver the order.

Delivery is considered to have been carried out after the carrier has handed over the product to the Customer. It is the responsibility of the consignee to check the products on receipt of the same and to express any justifiable reservations or complaints.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries: Please ask for an estimate as there are various options depending on the delivery periods.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY PERIODS

Calculation of the delivery costs is based on the weight of the items. They are not included in the price of the items and you will be able to refer to them at all times before confirming your purchase. Delivery is registered and the packages are correctly protected in order to prevent damage during transport. Consult the table with the delivery periods and prices for each zone.

Take advantage of free deliveries: Orders over €200 will have free delivery (only in the Iberian peninsula) if they weigh 15 kg or less (or 15 volumetric kg) and are not cash on delivery.

DELIVERY CANCELLATIONS

The customer can cancel its order at no cost provided the cancellation is made before the delivery has been processed.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

If the products sent do not conform in character or in quantity to those specified in the delivery note, the Customer must lodge its complaint within the three (3) days following the delivery. The period for the return of items is seven days from the date when the order is received.

  • Used items and personalised (custom-made) items may not be returned except in the event of faulty manufacturing and/or material.
  • All items that can be used in dance or theatre performances will be dealt with in the same way as party dresses and may not be returned except in the event of faulty manufacturing and/or material.
  • Similarly, items containing sound or video recordings that have been unsealed may not be returned or changed unless they are faulty.

In order to process the return of the item, please write to alarde@alarde.com, indicating the order number, customer data, reference/s of the product/s to return, date of purchase and delivery and the reason for returning. You will receive an email giving you indications on the process to follow. The item must be sent in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its corresponding invoice, within the (7) days following receipt of the order. The delivery must be made to Alarde Danza Limited, c/ Luis Vélez de Guevara 9, local 3, 28012 Madrid, Spain.

COMPLAINTS

We have complaint forms that are available to consumers. If you wish to make a complaint, we will send you the correctly completed complaint form so that you can process it.
