How to place an order
If you’d like to place an order for one of our items, you can do so directly through our website. You can also write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the references and description of what you’d like to buy, your name, the address required for delivering to you, your telephone number and your preferred payment method. If you’d like to come directly to the shop, you can see our opening hours and address here. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries, we also need an ID card or passport number.
You can also place an order with us by telephone on (+34) 914681249. Our telephone customer service hours are the same as the shop opening hours.
Once the order is complete, we make the total calculation. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery is made from Madrid (Spain), the minimum order is 15 euros for the Iberian peninsula and 30 for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries.
Alarde has 5 payment methods: by credit card (all cards except American Express), by bank transfer, by PayPal, in cash at the Alarde Danza shop in Madrid, or cash on delivery (only for deliveries to Spain).
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
If you choose payment by credit card, the payment will be charged when the order is sent, provided prior authorisation has been obtained from your bank or building society. If the payment has not been authorised, your order cannot be dealt with. If you do not place the order via the website, in order to charge the credit card we will need your credit card number and expiry date. For security reasons, you can give us this data by telephone or send it by fax. Tel-Fax: +34 914681249. We recommend that you pay by credit card, as it is the fastest way to carry out the order given that it is not necessary to check that the money has been received as in the case of a transfer, and there is no additional cost for the customer as in the case of cash on delivery. We would like to stress that credit card payment is a completely secure method, involving no risk for the customer.
COLLECTIONS AT THE ALARDE DANZA – SHOWROOM SHOP
You can collect the order you have placed at our shop, the address of which is c/ Luís Vélez de Guevara 9, local 3, 28012 Madrid, Spain. You can also pay immediately on collecting your purchase and benefit from the advice of our specialised sales staff.
PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY FOR SPAIN)
Will be made in cash when your order is received. This service has an extra charge of 3% on the total price of the purchase (value of the items plus delivery costs) and is a minimum of 3 euros. This payment method is not permitted for orders over 600€.
The payment will be made into the indicated account when the order is confirmed. It is necessary that you send us the payment receipt by fax to +34 914681249, or by e-mail to email@example.com. You also need to specify the name of the customer who is making the transfer. Upon receipt, the delivery will be sent.
A PayPal account is required to carry out this transaction.
